LCD – All Recipes, Salad Dressing
2 teaspoons mustard (hot English wholegrain or mild)
2 teaspoons tarragon
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup cold-pressed peanut oil or sesame seed oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon honey or Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
1/2 cup vinegar (apple cider balsamic or white-wine vinegar)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
(DF, GF, V)
Place all ingredients, except vinegar, in a bowl and mix well.
Then slowly add vinegar to taste, maybe a little more or less according to your preference.
