Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip and Apple Slices

Ingredients

3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

5 apples, sliced

Description

Super simple, super delicious. Low calorie and high protein make for the perfect snack when you need a pick me up (say, around 2:00 in the afternoon).

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon until no lumps remain.

Transfer to a smaller serving bowl and serve with apples or any other fruit.
