2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 cup rye flakes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped dried dates
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup shelled walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup pepita seeds
Nut seed or soy milks
Fresh fruit ( bananas strawberries, prunes, kiwifruit, oranges, apples or any fruit of your choice)
LSA
(DF, YF, V)
Combine and mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with any nut, seed or soy milks.
Fresh fruit, such as bananas, strawberries, prunes, kiwifruit, oranges, apples or any fruit of your choice, may be added to your cereal.
Add LSA if desired.
