Immunity Detox Tea

Ingredients

one tablespoon fresh organic ginger (peel and chopped into chunks)

half a lemon

dash of cayenne

NuNaturals Stevia to taste

The best part about this tea is it will work while you sleep, detoxifying you, strengthening your immunity, and leaving you with a healthy glow.

Directions

Peel and chop fresh, organic ginger into chunks, making about one tablespoon per cup of hot water. Place in the bottom of the mug.

Heat water to a near boil and allow to cool for just a moment.

Pour hot water over ginger pieces, allowing it to steep for approximately two minutes or a little longer.

Cut a lemon in half. When the mug has cooled to a point you can sip the tea, squeeze ½ lemon into the mug.

Add a dash of cayenne – one or two shakes from the shaker.

If you need to sweeten, add a little stevia or xylitol.

Mix and drink!
