1 cup grated carrot
3 cups shredded cabbage (centre stalks removed)
1 cup diced green apple
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup finely sliced red capsicum
(GF, DF, V)
It is nice with Mayonnaise (page 102 or 103).
Toss all ingredients with one of our lovely dressings.
