28–5 6 grams (one to two ounces) of oatmeal (or unsweetened and untoasted muesli or gluten-free muesli)
Unsweetened soy almond, coconut, oat, rice milks, Amasake milk (which is a sweet fermented rice beverage)
Soak or mix of oatmeal or muesli with milk (do not use cows’ milk).
Amasake is Japanese and it may be available from specialty food stores and health food stores.
